ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ LGK ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੀੜਤ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਦਰਦ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੰਡਾਵਲੀ (ਆਈਪੀਸੀ) ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 376 (ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ) ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ (ਪੋਕਸੋ) ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
Horrified at the brutal rape of four-year-old in Sukhjindra School in Gurdaspur,Punjab . I demand immediate arrest of the perpetrators of this heinous crime and exemplary punishment given at the earliest.
