Punjab Police cracks the #TarnTaran RPG attack case

Punjab Police cracks the #TarnTaran RPG attack case in less than a week with the arrest of 6 people including 2 juveniles, who carried out the terror attack at PS Sarhali in Tarn Taran on 9 Dec 2022.

The terror attack was masterminded by the foreign-based terrorists Landa, Satta & Jaisel, with the help of Ajmeet Singh, currently lodged at Goindwal Sahib Jail.

in coordination with Counter Intelligence & Internal Security units of #PunjabPolice conducted detailed investigations based on technical & intelligence inputs. Backward & forward linkages are being investigated.

Recovered: 3 pistols, 1 hand grenade & 1 motorcycle used in crime. The RPG used to carry out the attack was sourced from across border and was used by Mujahdeen in #Afghanistan.
