3 dead as building collapses after fire in Ludhiana factory

Three people werekilled and over a dozen are likely trapped under debrisafter a plastic manufacturing factory caught fire and collapsed in Ludhiana on Monday, team of the NationalDisaster Response Force is on the spot for rescue efforts. The factory is located in an industrialarea near Sufia Chowk.The fire wasreportedat 8 am. Hourslater, the building collapsed when firemen were trying to douse theflames. Some firemen are also believed to be trapped inside.
