ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਬੱਚੇ IELTS ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਸੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ
UPSC ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਉਸ ਵੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ
