5 lakh each for Punjab Gaushalas
ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਸਾਂਭ-ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ‘ਗਊਧਨ’ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ 457 ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ 5-5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ (ਕੁੱਲ 23 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ) ਦੇ ਚੈੱਕ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ 19 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਗਊਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 150 ‘ਗਊ ਭਲਾਈ’ ਕੈਂਪ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
With a view to ensure proper upkeep of Gaushalas and care of precious ‘Gaudhan’, handed over cheques of Rs. 5 lakh each (Total Rs. 23 crore) to 457 registered Gaushalas in the State besides announcing waiver of Rs. 19 crore towards power bills of these Gaushalas. So far, 150 ‘Gau Bhalai’ camps have been organised to ensure proper health and hygiene for Gaumata.
