The Delhi-Amritsar express highway via Patiala & Ludhiana that SAD proposed, before Cong came to power, would shorten the drive by 130 km. Ludhiana to Delhi airport would take only 1.5 hours. But Cong govt sat on it for 5 yrs. This is the difference between SAD & Congress.
