Any Indian citizen can now buy land in Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh. Ministry of Home Affairs notifies UT of Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Adaptation of Central Laws) Third Order, 2020. The order will come into force with immediate effect. Full integration
