Patiala Mayor allows Harvinder Nippy to attend F&CC meetings

Patiala Mayor Sanjeev Bittu uses power to allow Ward no.50 MC Harvinder Singh Nippy to attend Finance & Contract Committee meetings,in a circular dated 20 February by Patiala Mayor States that Nippy can attend F&CC meetings as a special Invitie.Nippy is very close to Mayor and always remains active in many occasions with Sanjeev Bittu.
