Punjab to recruit 10000 police officials

Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday announced a first-of-its-kind initiative in the country, to further strengthen the state’s law enforcement apparatus, with dedicated District Technical Units, along with District Narcotic Units, Social Media Units, Forensic Units and Anti-Sabotage Checking Teams, in all the districts.

Announcing the move, aimed at further strengthening the state’s law enforcement machinery to address the new challenges of policing and investigation, the Chief Minister said after stabilising the law and order situation over the past four years, his government was now focusing on augmenting law enforcement further, with more touchpoints to tackle the new-age crimes, like Digital/Cyber Crimes, and enhance the safety and security of women and other vulnerable sections of the society.

Apart from 3100 domain experts to combat specialised crimes, 10000 police officials will be recruited, of which 33% will be women, at the level of SI and Constables, to expand the ground force and ensure more effective policing, said the Chief Minister.

With the changing nature of crime necessitating support and interventions by domain experts for the effective prevention/detection of crime, the Punjab Police would soon recruit around 3100 Specialist Police officers & domain experts in the fields of Law, Forensics, Digital Forensics, Information Technology, Data Mining, Cyber Security, Intelligence Analysis, Human Resource Management & Development and Road Safety Planning & Engineering, said Captain Amarinder, who also holds the Home portfolio.

The pioneering initiative, designed to transform the police force, will make Punjab the first state in the country to induct Domain Experts, said the Chief Minister, as the state government geared up to scale the Police department to the next level, after successfully implementing a slew of drastic measures, in line with the government’s promise to ensure rule of law and maintain law and order in the state, and secure the well-being and safety of the common man.

Giving details of the initiatives, DGP Dinkar Gupta said the Domain Experts would include around 600 Law graduates, 450 Crime Scene Investigators, about 1350 IT experts with specialist qualifications and experience in law, Commerce, forensics, digital forensics, data mining, data analysis etc. for deployment as Cyber Detectives, Financial Detectives, Homicide Detectives, Sexual Assault and rape Detectives etc. In addition, the Punjab government will also recruit around 460 qualified and trained Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists and Community & Victim Support Officers for deployment at the Family Counselling Centres and Women Help Desks in all districts of the State.

To further augment women power in the police department, 3400 new women police officials will be recruited as part of the drive to enroll 10000 more police officials in the Punjab Police, mostly in the rank of Sub-Inspector and Constables. This translates into 33% women of the total recruitment, in line with the state government’s commitment to provide equal opportunity to women to compete with men for various positions in the Punjab Police, said Gupta. Out of the total recruitment of women, about 300 women will be recruited as Sub-Inspectors and more than 3100 would be inducted as Constables in Punjab Police.

The DGP said that once these specialized Police officers get recruited and join the Police department in 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2021, each of the 382 Police Stations in the State will have a dedicated Police Station Law Officer and a Community & Victim Support Officer. Similarly, 170 major Police Stations of Punjab, including Border Police Stations, will have dedicated Forensic Officers, Crime Data Analysts. In addition, Cyber Crime Detectives will be placed in each of the 100 Sub-Divisions in the State.

The initiatives are aligned to the state’s focus on protecting the safety and dignity of women, for which the Captain Amarinder Singh government has also recently launched the 181 Helpline and the Night Pick-Up and Drop-off facility. In addition to the establishment of ‘Family Counselling Centres’ in the 3 Police Commissionerates and urban districts of the State, to ensure speedy resolution of disruptive issues relating to matrimonial and familial discord, ‘Women Help Desks’ would soon be functional from all the 382 Police Stations of the State to support women, children and senior citizens in distress and deal promptly with cases of domestic violence etc.

Women police officers deployed at Women HelpDesks will serve as a single-point-of-contact for the women living in their area. The names and phone numbers of designated officials will be put up on the Punjab Police website. Punjab government would be recruiting around 460 qualified and trained Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists and Community & Victim Support Officers for deployment at the Family Counselling Centres and Women Help Desks.

Further, in view of the increasing number of fatal accidents as a result of the increase in vehicular traffic, 15 qualified Civil engineers and planners will soon be recruited as Road Safety Associates to facilitate safe and smooth flow of transport across the highways and roads of Punjab.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਕ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਉੱਦਮ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਉਤੇ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ, ਨਾਰਕੋਟਿਕਸ ਯੂਨਿਟ, ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬੋਤਾਜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਪੁਲੀਸਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ-ਪੜਤਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਝਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਿਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਰਗਰ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਤੇ ਸਾਈਰ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਯੁੱਗ ਦੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਮਜੋਰ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜੁਰਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਣ ਲਈ 3100 ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਬ-ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਂਸਟੇਬਲ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਉਤੇ 10000 ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 33 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਉਤੇ ਫੋਰਸ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵੀ ਪੁਲੀਸਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਮਹਿਕਮਾ ਹੈ, ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੇ ਬਦਲ ਰਹੇ ਤੌਰ-ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਕਥਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ 3100 ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਲਾਅ, ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ, ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ, ਸੂਚਨਾ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ, ਡਾਟਾ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ, ਸਾਈਬਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ, ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਧਿਐਨ, ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਵਸੀਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤੇ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਫੋਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਉਲੀਕੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮੁਲਕ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੀਹ ਉਤੇ ਕਈ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੱਕ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ. ਦਿਨਕਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 600 ਲਾਅ ਗਰੈਜੁਏਟ, 450 ਕਰਾਈਮ ਸੀਨ ਜਾਂਚਕਰਤਾ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ, ਕਾਮਰਸ, ਡੇਟਾ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ, ਡੇਨਾ ਐਨਲਸਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਵਾਲੇ 1350 ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਮਾਹਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ, ਵਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ, ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ, ਜਿਨਸੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੇ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਲਈ ਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਮਲੀ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਹੈਲਪਡੈਸਕਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਲਈ 460 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਤ ਤੇ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਰ, ਕਲੀਨੀਕਲ ਸਾਈਕੋਲੋਜਿਸਟ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਟਮ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰੇਗੀ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ 3400 ਨਵੀਆਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਂਸਟੇਬਲ ਦੇ ਰੈਂਕ ਉਤੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਲਾਈ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੁੱਲ ਭਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ 33 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 300 ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ 3100 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਸਟੇਬਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ. ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2021 ਦੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਜਾਂ ਤੀਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ 382 ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਅ ਅਫਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਟਮ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (ਪੀੜਤ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ) ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 170 ਵੱਡੇ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਾਈਮ ਡੇਟਾ ਐਨਾਲਿਸਟਸ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ 100 ਸਬ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਕਰਾਈਮ ਡਿਟੈਕਟਿਵ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ 181 ਹੈਲਪਲਾਈਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਜਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਮਲੀ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਝਗੜੇ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੱਲ ਨਿਕਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ 382 ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਮੈਨ ਹੈਲਪ ਡੈਸਕ ਜਲਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਦਦ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਲਦੀ ਸਿੱਝਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ।

ਵਿਮੈਨ ਹੈਲਪ ਡੈਸਕਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਕੋ ਇਕ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਸੂਤਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਫੋਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਉਤੇ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਫੈਮਲੀ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਮੈਨ ਹੈਲਪ ਡੈਸਕਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਲਈ 460 ਸਿੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਰ, ਕਲੀਨੀਕਲ ਸਾਈਕੋਲੋਜਿਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਐਂਡ ਵਿਕਟਮ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
