ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੇਪਰਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੀ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਕਰਮ ਜੀਤ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ. ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਾਂਚ, ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੀ.ਆਈ.ਏ. ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗ਼ੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ, ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ, ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਤੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟਾਲਰੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਢਿੱਲ ਮੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 420, 465, 471 ਅਤੇ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਐਕਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 61, 78 (2)/1/14 ਤਹਿਤ ਦਿਪੇਸ਼ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ‘ਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਂ ਗ਼ੈਰ ਸਮਾਜੀ ਅਨਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

SSP Vikram Jit Duggal Orders Suspension of Rajpura City SHO
-Issued Show Cause Notices to one SP and two DSPs and CIA Incharge
Patiala, December 9:
Taking a serious view on the laxity on the part of local Police, SSP Patiala Vikram Jeet Duggal has placed SHO Rajpura City under suspension, while show cause notice issued to SP (D), DSP Rajpura, DSP (D) and incharge CIA.
Divulging the details, SSP Mr Duggal said that as per the zero tolerance policy of the state government and state police towards the illegal activities including spurious liquor, no Police officer will be spared in Patiala District for showing any leniency in dealing with crime control in the district.
He said that as per the information of Excise Officials, a case under sections 420,465,468,471 of IPC, and 61,78(2)/1/14 of Excise act has been registered against both the accused Dipesh Grover of Rajpura and Karaj Singh of Shamaspur.
“Police will be interrogating the accused thoroughly to bust the entire network of the illicit liquor bottling plant in Rajpura. No one will be spared whose name figures during the investigation,” added SSP Duggal.
