ਮੈਂ ਹਰਕੀਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਲੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਨੰਤਵੀਰ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗ਼ੁਜ਼ਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਕਸਰ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਹੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ – ਹਾਂ-ਪੱਖੀ ਰਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖੋ। ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਿੰਤਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ‘ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ’ ਸੋਚਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਹਿਜ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੋ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਣ।

Having seen Harkirat, Gurleen and now my son Anantveer go through the board exams, I understand completely how stressful this time is for children and parents alike. Expectations and pressures are running high and children often feel overburdened. My message to all you children is the same as it has been to my kids – Be positive and have complete faith in your hard work. Don’t get bogged down thinking about results or ‘what might happen’ and feel relaxed ahead of your exam. If you are stressed, reach out to someone you trust.
