CM orders inquiry of non-functional Skill development centres

CM @capt_amarinder has ordered an inquiry into the non-functioning of the Skill Development Centres set up in Patiala, Faridkot & Amritsar Medical Colleges with money given by PIMS. He was told no work was taking place at the 3 Centres constructed at a cost of Rs 18 crores.
