Punjabi University Patiala VC Prof Arvind sent 20 Crore defamation Notice to MLA Jalalpur

VC of Punjabi University,  Professor Arvind has served a defamation notice on Congress MLA Madan Lal. VC has demanded an unconditional public apology and Rs 20 crore as compensation for defaming by calling him a RSS agent — during a press conference by CM at university.
