I was stopped for campaigning in Patiala:Bhagwant Mann

Bhagwant Mann, who was declared the Chief Minister face of the Aam Aadmi Party, was barred from campaigning in Patiala urban area. On this occasion Bhagwant Mann said that when he started entering Patiala for election campaign, the administration stopped him saying that section 144 was applicable and gathering of more than 5 persons could not be allowed. Bhagwant Mann said that he had sought its clearance from the Election Commission. He was detained for about half an hour.
