Lovepreet Brought Laurels to SGGS World University

Lovepreet Kaur, student of MA second year of the Department of Religious Studies, Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, has brought laurels to her department and the University by clearing the National Eligibility Test conducted by the University Grants Commission. The Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Prit Pal Singh congratulated Lovepreet Kaur and the entire department. He informed that besides clearing UGC NET Lovepreet Kaur has also got Maulana Abdul Kalam Minority Scholarship.
Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, Head of the Department told the media that Lovepreet Kaur is the fourth student of the Department of Religious Studies, who had passed the NET examination . Lovepreet thanked her teachers and the University for their guidance and support. She said that in addition to the focus on curriculum teaching, other important books and general topics are also being discussed by the teachers to polish the multi-faceted personality of the students.
