Cloudburst, landslides hit Uttarakhand and Himachal
A cloudburst in Raipur-Kumalda in Dehradun, early Saturday, causing rivers to breach banks & wash away bridges, officials say. Water entered Tapkeshwar Temple caves on banks of Tons & bridge over Song River washed away. Kempty Falls near Mussoorie was flowing dangerously.
