Punjab Roadways official Satnam Singh arrested in bribe case
ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲੀਭੁਗਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬੱਸ ਅੱਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਹਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਰਜ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼, ਡਿਪੂ-1, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤਖੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਸੀ।

Vigilance Bureau arrested one more official of Punjab Roadways who had indulged in changing departure timing of govt buses to private buses in lieu of bribes in connivance with other employees. Accused Satnam Singh, PR, depot-1, Jalandhar was on run in case registered against him.
