Punjab: Drug addict girl seen lying outside hospital in Kapurthala
Viral video from outside the Kapurthala Civil Hospital where the girl is lying on the bench in druged situation. According to the girl, her husband is in jail, she is drug addict and his friends have taught her to do drugs.
