Rakhee Gupta Bhandari is new Secretary to Governor Punjab
Chandigarh, November 13, 2022: The Government of Punjab has appointed 1997-batch IAS officer Rakhee Gupta Bhandari as new Secretary to Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit.
She will be replacing senior IAS officer J M Balamurugan.
