Kidnapped Muktsar youth killed after Rs 30 lakh in ransom not paid

A 20-year-old youth, who was kidnapped on November 25 from Kotbhai village in Punjab’s Muktsar district, was killed by the kidnappers after the ransom demand of Rs 30 lakh was not fulfilled. The victim, identified as Harmandeep Singh was killed three weeks after the abduction. After his murder, the kidnappers buried his body but kept on demanding money
