Kerala: Girl Arrested With 1.8kg Gold Hidden In Inner Wear

A 19-year-old-girl hailing from Kasargod in Kerala was held on charges of trying to smuggle gold from Dubai through the Kozhikode International
The accused, identified as Shahla, a native of Kasaragod district had arrived at the Kozhikode international airport from Dubai.

She had managed to get away with the smuggled gold through the Customs check.Though the police interrogated her for hours, the woman put up a brave face and maintained that she was not a smuggled gold carrier and was not carrying any contraband gold
