PA of AAP MLA Amit Rattan arrested taking bribe
PA of AAP MLA Amit Rattan Kotfatta of Bathinda Rural arrested by Vigilance Department taking bribe of Rupees 4 Lakh from Sarpanch of Village Ghudda, Sarpach also alleged that MLA was siting at that time & he told his PA to recieve the bribe outside.
