Gurugram woman locks self and son for 3 years due to Covid fear
A resident of Chakkarpur, Gurugram informed the police that his wife & child are locked in a flat for last 3 years. His wife neither lets him enter the apartment nor sends their son outside: Usha Solanki, Child Welfare Committee Member, Gurugram.
Police were instructed to file a complaint & teams were sent to the flat. Woman locked herself and her son due to the fear of covid. She asked the husband to get another flat as he goes outside for work: Usha Solanki, Child Welfare Committee Member, Gurugram.
Her husband used to send her the money & got them groceries. Her son is now 11 years old. Both of them were rescued and taken to the hospital. Woman’s mental condition will also be examined. Probe is underway: Usha Solanki, Child Welfare Committee Member, Gurugram
