Sukhbir Badal, Sumedh Saini Named Masterminds Of Kotkapura Firing Case
Ex-#Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal, ex-Dy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal, ex-DGP Sumedh Saini among 14 persons named as accused in 2015 #Kotkapura firing case by #Punjab police SIT in chargesheet filed in Faridkot Court.
The charge sheet also blamed then Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal for the Kotkapura firing case following sacrilege of the Guru Granth Sahib and subsequent violence in which the police force was accused of excesses that left two people dead.
