Manmohan Singh, who is working as under secretary, IPR department in the power corporation has been promoted as deputy secretary, IPR department while Gopal Sharma, an information and public relations officer (IPRO) at GHTP, Lehra Mohabbat has been promoted as under secretary, IPR, PSPCL.
