Bengaluru: Woman Kills Mother, Stuffs Her Body in Suitcase & Reports to Police
A Bengaluru woman on Monday afternoon walked into a police station with a trolley suitcase with her mother’s body stuffed into it. Police said the 39-year-old Sonali Sen, a physiotherapist from Assam, walked into the police station around 1 pm yesterday and confessed that she had killed her. She had carried the suitcase there in an autorickshaw.
Preliminary police investigations showed that Sonali strangled her mother with a dupatta between 11 am and 11.30 am on Monday. She later stuffed the body in a trolley suitcase, placed a picture of her father inside and went to the police station in an auto-rickshaw around 1 pm. She surrendered to the police.
