3 men who forced man to bark like dog arrested
Three people who held a Bhopal man on a leash and ordered him to bark like a dog were on Monday arrested under the stringent National Security Act (NSA). Their houses are also facing bulldozer action after Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced strict action against the three.
Expressing his displeasure over the incident, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday said that a bulldozer action will be initiated at the house of the three accused.
