FIR filled after video of horse being forced to smoke on Kedarnath yatra
An FIR has been registered by the Rudraprayag police in this regard. The abused horse has yet not been traced. PFA Uttarakhand is working with the authorities on ground to have the horse traced and seized. We have offered any support that may be required in the matter.
