In a startling incident that took place in Guwahati, Law and Order DIG Vivek Raj Singh, had his mobile phone snatched during his routine morning walk
The incident took place at Mazar Road in Ulubari on Sunday.
A group of thieves targeted the cell phone of Singh during his routine morning walk.
The thieves caught him by surprise and snatched his mobile device.
