PRTC bus stolen in Patiala
Three druken youths stolen a government PRTC bus in #Patiala, after driving the bus for about 8 kms, they parked the bus and slept. When the youths were asked by the police why they had stolen the bus ? they said that they did not know anything due to intoxication.
