Apple iPhone 15 Pro models have a feature built by ISRO, Read Details
Apple has recently launched the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models, which have an “Indian” connection. The company has revealed that the models support Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC), India’s homegrown GPS alternative, developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Notably, this is the first time Apple has ever included NavIC support to its iPhones.
Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) is called NavIC, which is available on smartphones. The regional geo-positioning system has been designed in India to provide accurate positioning in India and around the Indian mainland. It is said to be more accurat than GPS.
