Akal Takht Sahib bans destination wedding Anand Karaj on beaches, resorts
Akal Takht Sahib has banned destination weddings with Anand Karaj ceremonies on beaches and at resorts with beaches. There is already a ban on the Prakash of Guru Granth Sahib Ji in banquet halls, marriage palaces, or open areas. Now, a special ban has been imposed on conducting the Prakash of Guru Granth Sahib Ji on beaches or at resorts. Some cases have come to light where Anand Karaj ceremonies were held on beaches instead of Gurdwara Sahib.
