One dead as portion of under-construction bridge collapses in Gujarat’s Palanpur
An under construction bridge in Gujarat’s Palanpur collapsed on Monday. The video of the collapse, captured on CCTV, shows a man was trying to escape but got crushed under the debris.
The bridge, which was a part of the Palanpur RTO Circle route leading to Ambaji, has been under construction for several months.
The local administration rushed to the spot, initiating rescue and relief operations. As of now, the number of casualties or injuries remains unknown.
