Woman punches husband to death for not taking her to Dubai for birthday celebration.
In a shocking incident at Pune, a 36-year-old man, Nikhil Khanna, died after his wife punched him on the nose when he refused to take her to Dubai for her birthday celebration. Nikhil, a businessman in the construction industry, had a love marriage with his wife, Renuka, six years ago.
According to the initial investigation, the couple had a fight because Nikhil didn’t take Renuka to Dubai to celebrate her birthday and didn’t give her expensive gifts on her birthday and anniversary. Renuka was also upset with Nikhil for not giving a favorable response to her wish to go to Delhi to celebrate the birthdays of some relatives.
A senior police officer at Wanavadi Police station stated, ‘Renuka punched Nikhil in the face during the fight. The impact of the punch was so hard that Nikhil’s nose and some teeth were broken, causing heavy bleeding. He immediately fell unconscious. Renuka has been arrested for investigation.
