Kullu: Haryana number car challaned for creating nuisance near Manali
A video is being shown on social media which is from Manali. In which the driver and passenger of a train number HR23K7764 were driving with both the windows of the car open. After watching this video, Kullu Police took immediate action and issued a challan of Rs 3500/- on this vehicle under the Traffic Act.
