Shubhkaran Death: Punjab Police registered FIR

FIR registered at Patran police station against an unknown person for killing Shubhkaran under section 302,114 of IPC on his father Charanjeet Singh’s complaint. Shubh’s family had set lodging of FIR as a condition before allowing doctors to perform autopsy.
