‘Surrender by March 10’: Punjab and Haryana HC to Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim
Justin Punjab & Haryana HC directs Ram Rahim to surrender on March 10, says State SHALL NOT consider granting further parole without permission of High Court.
The Court directed Ram Rahim to surrender on March 10, the day his present parole is ending.
The Court also sought affidavit from Haryana Government “as to how many” persons having “such criminal antecedents” and sentenced in three cases have been granted parole.
