Chief Electoral Officer of Haryana, Shri Anurag Aggarwal said that with the announcement of general elections of Lok Sabha 2024, the Model Code of Conduct has come into force. Now Haryana government cannot announce new development projects. The projects on which work is going on will continue. To register complaints regarding violation of the Election Code of Conduct, the Election Commission has created C-Vigil app, on which any citizen can create video and audio and send it, on which action will be taken within 100 minutes. This app acts as a watchful eye of the Election Commission
