A water treatment plant of 57 MLD capacity will be set up in Kharkhoda, Industrial Model Township of Sonipat.
For this, in the meeting of the High Power Workers Purchase Committee chaired by Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal, approval of about ₹ 118 crore was given for the design, construction and management of the project. Apart from this, in the meeting of High Powered Purchase Committee, Departmental High Powered Purchase Committee and High Power Workers Purchase Committee, a total of contracts worth more than ₹ 774 crore and purchase of various items were approved
