Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal today laid the foundation stone of 5 projects worth Rs 820.92 crore in the health sector in the auditorium of Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal. On this occasion, he said that by 2030, medical colleges will be started in every district of the state. He said that the government is moving forward in both the rescue and treatment areas.
