DBU Student Tarun Sharma Clinches Gold Medal in North America Karate Championship
Tarun Sharma, a second-semester B.Lib student at Desh Bhagat University, has secured the Gold Medal in the prestigious North America Karate Championship, held in Las Vegas, USA from 29th to 31st March 2024. This remarkable achievement adds another feather to Tarun’s cap, showcasing his relentless dedication and exceptional skills in the field of karate.
Tarun Sharma’s journey of success has been nothing short of inspiring. Earlier this year, he claimed the Gold Medal in the All India Para Karate Championship held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Furthermore, he showcased his prowess by clinching the Bronze Medal in the Asian Para Karate Championship held in Melaka, Malaysia from 21st to 23rd July 2023.
