A Human Awareness Conference and Education Seminar dedicated to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s birth anniversary was organized at Desh Bhagat University. The program was organized by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Jagriti Welfare Society, Amloh. The main coordinator of the program was former councilor Harvinder Walia.

As the chief guest at the event, Gaddinashin Saint Baba Malkit Nath Ji from Valmiki Ashram, Amritsar, Baba Nachattar Nath Shergill, special guest DBU Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Prof. Harnek Singh were present. In addition to this, esteemed personalities such as PS Gami Kalyan, Sarpanch Darshan Singh Main, Vicky Parocha Dhuri, Vijay Kaushal, Harbans Singh, Jagroop Singh, Gurpal Singh, Pramod Kumar, Davinder, Naresh Vaid, Rakesh Bahadur, Reena Valmiki, Amerik Singh Bangar, and Karan Dhand shared their thoughts on Dr. Bhim Rao.

Baba Nachattar Shergill said that we should strive to acquire more education. This will make it easier for us to obtain our rights. He emphasized reaching Baba Sahib’s ideology to every village.Harvinder Walia explained that their organization fulfills the educational needs of needy students. He also praised the medical camps being set up in various areas by DBU. On this occasion, DBU’s Vice President Dr. Harsh Sadawarti welcomed the saint society. He provided information about the facilities being provided by the university for students’ welfare. On this occasion Dr. Kulbhushan was also present. The stage was managed by Jarnail Singh Sahota.
