UP: Pervert Biker Spanks Girl & Flees In Muzaffarnagar, Arrested
In a shocking display of disregard for law and order, a video from Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar has surfaced, showing a disturbing incident of sexual harassment. The footage captures a man on a motorcycle making inappropriate advances towards a girl walking on the street in broad daylight. The perpetrator quickly leaves the scene, leaving the girl unable to react. The entire incident was recorded by a nearby CCTV camera.
