Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan by DBU students

Mandi Gobindgarh, 14 Aug: Faculty of Nursing, Desh Bhagat University, organized Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan on the theme “Say No To Drugs” at Government. Senior Secondary School, Amloh and surrounding areas of the university.

The Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan organized by the Students of M.Sc Nursing IInd Year and B.Sc. Nursing III Semester to create awareness among school students regarding the ill effect of drug abuse, causes, signs and symptoms and how we can prevent it.

DBU Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur encouraged the Students to participate in role-playing exercises that highlight the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.

Iqbal Singh Principal of Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Amloh encouraged students with their motivational speech on the theme.

Dr. Lovesampuranjot Kaur Principal, Faculty of Nursing said that these initiatives allow students to express their understanding of the dangers of drug abuse and spread awareness within their communities.
