DBU’s induction program DeekshaAarambh

Mandi Gobindgarh, August 21: The induction program at Desh Bhagat University named DeekshaAarambh represents a pivotal step in welcoming new youngsters. This program is meticulously designed to integrate new students into the university culture, align them with Deekshaarambh’s mission and equip them with the essential skills and knowledge for their roles.

On this occasion Dr Zora Singh Chancellor, Dr Tajinder Kaur Pro-Chancellor, Dr Abhijit Joshi Vice Chancellor, Dr Virinder Singh advisor to Channcellor, Dr Harsh Sadawarti Vice President, Er Sudip Mukherjee Registrar and Dr Rajiv Pro-vice Chancellor released the Deekshaarambh inaugural ceremony.

The induction at Desh Bhagat University has started with a Garlanding ceremony along with a Welcome note by Registrar Er. Sudip Mukherjee. With the opening ceremony of Lamp ligtning , Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abhijit Joshi motivated the students with his valuable speech for academic excellence along with skill enhancement. During the first day of Induction , the event was followed by a Cultural program, interaction with Dean/Directors and Principal of various departments. In addition to this, Dr. H.K. Sidhu, Director IQAC has interacted with students for University detailed information. Dr Arshdeep Singh presented power presenetation of DBU. With the motivational address of Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice President, the new students gained the knowledge about skill enhancement and research based education as per NEP-2020 implementation. At last the function was concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Devinder Sharma, Director (social Sciences).
