Teacher’s Day Celebration at The Millennium School Patiala
Teachers’ Day was celebrated with much joy and fervor at TMS Patiala on September 5, 2024. The members of the school council stepped into the shoes of teachers, offering a light-hearted and memorable experience for everyone. Fun games were organized for the teachers in the Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH), filling the day with laughter and camaraderie. Each teacher was presented with a rose sapling as a symbol of gratitude for their dedication.
Adding to the festive mood, the senior students put up an engaging bhangra performance, which delighted the audience. The Principal, Mrs. Harpreet Pandher, felicitated the teachers, highlighting their crucial role in the growth and development of students. A special cake-cutting ceremony was held in the MPH to honor the significance of the occasion.
The celebrations also included a speech delivered by the students, paying tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and his contribution to education. A highlight of the event was the recognition of teachers who had completed 5 and 10 years of service at the institution, honoring their long-term commitment. The event culminated in a note of excitement, leaving everyone in high spirits.
