ECI reschedules bypolls in 14 Assembly constituencies across Kerala, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh
Breaking: On the request of various political parties, by-election date on 14 assembly seats has been changed.
Voting will be held on 20 November instead of 13 November.
Decision has been taken to rule out the possibility of low voter turnout.
