Mandi Gobindgarh, 29 November: In a historic and inspiring meeting, the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, along with the First Lady, Mrs. Eloise Harris, welcomed a delegation from Desh Bhagat University (DBU), led by Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur.
