Desh Bhagat Hospital Organizes Mega Free Health Checkup Camp

Mandi Gobindgarh, March 2: Desh Bhagat Hospital organized a mega free health checkup camp in the hospital. The camp was inaugurated by DBU Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur.

The camp offered specialized consultations in medicine, ophthalmology, dermatology, and ENT. Specialist consultations were provided by a team of experts, including Dr. BL Bhardwaj, Dr. JP S Sodhi, Dr. BS Sohal, and Dr. Sumeet Pal Saini.

During the camp, free medicines were distributed to the patients, and free Hb & Blood Sugar (Glucometer) tests, eye testing, ECG, and USG were provided to patients. Free spectacles were also distributed to needy patients.

According to Dr. Jyoti Dhami, Medical Superintendent of the hospital, more than 250 patients visited the camp and availed the facilities. She added that special facilities were made for the patients.

The camp was organized under the expert supervision of Dr. BL Bharadwaj, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Medical), Dr. Kulbushan, Director Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College & Hospital, and Dr. Jyoti H Dhami, Medical Superintendent Desh Bhagat Hospital.
