SRH vs MI: Was Ishan Kishan Really Out? Did Umpire Give Out Without Appeal?
A weird incident took place during SRH’s innings where Ishan Kishan was caught behind by the on-field umpire despite no appeal from MI players. Notably, Deepak Chahar played an onside wide delivery to which Kishan tried to connect with the bat. Wicketkeeper Ryan Rickelton collected the ball safely but the bowler didn’t make any appeal for the wicket.
However, despite this, the umpire raised his finger to confirm the wicket after which MI skipper Hardik Pandya and Deepak Chahar also joined the appeal. Ishan Kishan started walking back to the pavilion without taking any review.
